TO SUPPORT OUR FRONTLINE HEALTHCARE WORKERS IN NY

Thursday | April 23rd | 6PM est.

LIVE STREAM SIMULCAST on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook @UHHM and @massappeal.

WHY?

New York has become the epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic. The state is suffering. Many front line healthcare workers are making heroic sacrifices to care for patients infected by the coronavirus. African Americans and economically challenged communities have been disproportionately affected. During times of crisis, the Hip Hop community has come together to help mend the broken and uplift the downtrodden. HIP HOP LOVES NY is our way of showing support and thanks.

Who?

The Universal Hip Hop Museum and Mass Appeal.

What?

HIP HOP LOVES NY will be a celebrity-driven, live streamed simulcast to benefit healthcare workers in New York. The event will feature live in-home performances from legendary artists, words of comfort and support from politicians and community leaders, and poignant stories of struggle and hope from frontline medical workers. Proceeds will benefit SOMO Community Care and The Bronx Community Relief Effort.
